Some common joint injuries we treat are:

  • Ankle – acute sprains and strains; chronic pain; achilles tendinitis; plantar fasciitis, foot arch pain.
     

  • Knee – acute sprains, strains or tears; chronic pain due to arthritis or tendonitis; bursitis, patella tendonitis (tendinopathy); osgood schlatters.
     

  • Hip - Bursitis, aching muscle pain, sacroiliac joint pain (SIJ), chronic pain due to arthritis or tendonitis (tendinopathy), nerve impingement and sciatica.
     

  • Shoulder - rotator cuff tears, rotator cuff tendinitis, bursitis, frozen shoulder, chronic pain due to arthritis, AC joint sprains, pain or ach in the front of the shoulder and weakness.
     

  • Elbow – tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), golfers elbow (medial epicondylitis), compartment syndrome of the forearm, tendonitis and aching pain.
     

  • Wrist – chronic pain due to arthritis, management following FOOSH injury (fall on outstretched hand), carpal tunnel, numbness and tingling in the hand, pain, weakness or aching in the thumb.
