20 minutes - $65
 
This session being fairly short, is for focusing on a very specific area of pain or discomfort. There isn't enough time to properly assess and treat a more substantial injury. It is also an appointment focusing on either dry-needling or massage. 
Examples: tight neck, tight lower back, tight calves, loosening whole front or back of the legs. 
10 minutes is added to the end of the appointment for practitioner use.

30 minutes - $85

This option is great for focusing on a specific body area for massage or injury management. E.g. neck and shoulders - lower back and glutes - legs.

45 minutes - $120

This option is suitable for focusing on a more complicated or developed injury, or up to two areas for remedial massage. 
E.g. massage of - neck & shoulders and lower back - or lower back and legs. 
HICAPS is available for private health insurance claiming, cash or card payments.


60 minutes - $155 

This option is suitable for focus on up to two areas with injury and/or a broader area of tension. E.g. massage across neck, shoulders, back and legs. 
Or, treatment for tennis elbow and sciatic pain. 
There isn't enough time to clinically treat two areas and also massage other areas, so please choose specific areas or injuries to focus on.

75 minutes - $190 

This option is suitable for a broad area of massage.
