At RPM Myotherapy, extra care is taken to ensure you get the most benefit out of each of your appointments. Exercise programs can be very helpful to speed up recovery, however they can also be boring, confusing or completely forgotten. To help avoid this, your program will be kept simple, brief and personal. We will discuss the purpose and expected experience of any prescribed exercise, to give you confidence in your technique and the in effectiveness of the program.
